Hello Resort FAQ

How can I get to Kukup?

There are currently 2 options to get to Kukup. You can drive up there using your personal car, or we
can make separate arrangements for you to take a private bus there about 1 hour journey from custom.

Charges for private bus are not included in the package. You can choose 1 pick-up point of your choice
in Singapore, and it will be confirmed with you the location 1 to 2 days before departure.

A map is provided for you, should you decide to drive up there yourself. Private parking is available
at RM 5.00 per night, and is run by independent operators, who have people looking after the cars.

What is the accommodation like in Hello Resort?

We currently have 4 units, and each unit has 3 bedrooms and 1 hall with hot water. Each bedroom is able to
accommodate 8 – 10 people. There are attached bathroom for each bedroom. All bedrooms are
air-conditioned.

What are the things to do in Hello Resort?

Kukup is a small fishing village located in Air Masin. We do not have a fixed program, and everything is free
and easy. However, we do provide facilities for mahjong games, karaoke, fishing, and a visit to a fish farm.
Fishing rods are available for rental at a separate charge. The BBQ on your first day is cooked by our friendly
staffs. Snacks will be provided in between meals upon request. Do help yourself to the drinks at the resort.
We have our wireless internet connection and ASTRO cable TV also.

What are the check-in, check-out timings?

Check-in is at 1300 hrs, while the check-out timing is at 1200 hrs.

Is the resort a home for Kukup residents?

We guarantee that the resort is exclusively for holiday makers only. We have received comments from
our previous customers that their previous experience with other operators is that the other operators rent their
own houses out to people. We assure our valued customers that our resort is exclusively a resort, and not
a home.
